You are not entitled to salaries or gain from the facility or St. John's United while you are going with this program. If you do get employment with St. John's as a C.N.A. or Senior Sharath immediately following the effective completion of the course, St. John's will certainly reimburse $400 of your class fees throughout one year if you are still used and you remain in great standing.
